LOVED IT

I read so many bad comment about this shop that I got scared of buying from them. But after I found out about their lowered prices decided that it's worth the risk. And I can not be happier! I got the glasses from Sweden to Lithuania just in two days! The quality is great and they look amazing. I really love them - thanks!

Very cheap quality of sunglasses

Very cheap quality of sunglasses, at a high price, with unresponsive customer service!! Took a 45 days to arrive. Stay away from these scammers, and better buy sunglasses at more trusted source.

worst online shopping experience

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and to my big surprise, the built quality was really bad, the lens was crooked and asymmetric and the glasses just felt super cheap and fragile. So I wrote a mail to them and attached photos so they could see themselves, and when I finally received a response, they said that I could easily bend my glasses myself to make them more even. Wait what, you don't order a pair of new sunglasses to then have to make them even yourself, that's what you pay for isn't it!?
I've returned the glasses and asked for refund but they yet to make the refund after a month. On top of that they are SUPER slow at responding.
Probably the worst online experience I've had, I DON'T RECOMMEND!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Waited for two weeks (in the USA) until eventually got an email from UPS that I have to pay Duty and Fees that is about 50% of the price I already paid.
Sent a couple of messages to Chimi - no response.
Beware: don't order if you are in the United States!

Super fast shipping & good quality glasses

I have never seen anything shipped so fast. Great value for the money, glasses are a bit wider than standard models, but not unrealistic. Happy with the quality/price/service.

Hideous customer service

Hideous customer service. Waited for over 30 days (in Europe) for sunglasses, just because they didn't sent proper invoices to the customs. I had to chase them by facebook and instagram, and to obtain that invoice myself, which is really humiliating for a customer to do a job. When they arrived, the spare glasses were shattered, for which I complained, but never received an answer

Amazing sunglasses

Amazing sunglasses. I’m really really happy with my pair. $169 delivered to aus. They are excellent quality and arrived relatively quickly as well.

Disappointing service

I ordered a pair of black sunglasses to treat myself for my birthday. When the order arrived, I opened the box to find I was sent the wrong colour. I emailed them and was told to return the sunglasses so I could be sent the new pair. Of course, I had to wait for the pair I sent to arrive in Sweden before they could send the right pair. Now it's been nineteen days from when they sent the new pair (it took less than a week the first time) and the UPS page has absolutely no information with regards to where my sunglasses are. For all I know they could be lounging around in the Maldives while I wait for them to arrive. I have sent an email to complain about the current situation but I have yet to receive an answer.
UPDATE: UPS did not scan my package so there is a chance it got lost. I was offered 50% compensation plus a new parcel to be delivered. Will update further once things progress.

First item was lost in the mail

First item was lost in the mail. Contacted them, no reply. Had to chase them up on Facebook and Instagram (took 2 weeks for them to reply). Waiting on my second sunnies... it's taken more than a week but their website says up to 4 days shipping?
Since I purchased my first sunnies it's been 2 months of waiting. It's really disappointing.
